These Technology Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bin King LLC’s website, online booking systems, payment platforms, and communication technologies (collectively, the “Technology”).

1. Use of Technology

By accessing or using Bin King LLC’s Technology, you agree to:

• Use the Technology for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not misuse, disrupt, interfere with, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Technology
• Not use the Technology in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair system functionality

2. Online Information Disclaimer

Information displayed through the Technology, including pricing, availability, dumpster sizes, and service descriptions, is provided for convenience only and may change without notice.

All rentals are governed exclusively by the Bin King LLC Dumpster Rental Agreement, which supersedes any information presented through the Technology.

3. Online Booking & Payments

Online booking and payment tools are provided for customer convenience.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Bin King LLC does not store full credit card or banking information
• Bin King LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party booking or payment platforms

4. System Availability

Bin King LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Technology and is not liable for:

• Temporary outages or downtime
• Delays caused by technical issues
• Errors resulting from third-party platforms, software updates, or connectivity issues

5. Electronic Communications

By using the Technology and providing contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from Bin King LLC, including emails and transactional text messages related to bookings, deliveries, pickups, billing, scheduling updates, and service-related notices.

You may opt out of text message communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact info@BinKingfl.com.

Bin King LLC does not send marketing or promotional text messages without separate, express consent.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Technology is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, protected, and shared.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide transactional messaging services.

7. Intellectual Property
