These Rental Terms & Conditions provide a general overview of Bin King LLC’s rental policies. All rentals are governed by the signed Bin King Rental Agreement, which supersedes this summary.

Rental Period

• Rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking
• Extended rental durations may result in additional charges

Weight Limits

• Each dumpster rental includes a specified weight allowance
• Exceeding the included allowance will result in overage fees

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited:

• Hazardous or toxic waste
• Paints, solvents, chemicals, or liquids
• Tires, batteries, or fuel-containing items
• Appliances containing refrigerants
• Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Placement & Access

• The customer is responsible for providing clear, safe access for delivery and pickup
• Bin King LLC is not responsible for surface damage unless caused by gross negligence

Damage Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Damage to the dumpster during the rental period
• Damage resulting from overloading, improper use, or prohibited materials

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests may be subject to fees
• Same-day cancellations may not be refundable

Weather & Delays

Delivery and pickup times may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, or site accessibility.

Governing Agreement

All rentals are subject to the Bin King Rental Agreement, which governs pricing, liability, responsibilities, and payment terms.
